**Responsibilities**:
Identify new business opportunities and create customer relationships.
Warm call/cold call leads on behalf of our clients to setup meetings for their designated reps.
Hit daily/weekly company targets of leads generated for our clients.
Identify new business opportunities for Persuade, which you will call and engage with to sell our services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
This is a dual facing role of looking and generating leads for our clients, which will be 50% of the role. Then the secondary role will be sourcing, securing work for Persuade through cold calling, warm calling to generate leads, which you will attend and close.
We are looking for a female applicant only that has experience working the phone in a business development capacity. The position is office based (Blouberg, Table View).

**What we are offering**:
Flexible working hours 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.

**Full time role**: three month probation.
Offices situated 100m from Blouberg Beach.
Basic of R10,000 per month. 5% comm on sales over target.
Monthly bonuses of 5% of production value per team member if targets are hit.
Quartely company retreats and weekends away.
