Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Table View (NEW Branch – Pre-Sales Team)

Zone Fitness is excited to be launching our brand-new Table View club, and we're building a dedicated pre-sales team to introduce the community to what's coming. We're looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven individuals who can help us build strong momentum before the doors even open.

What This Role Involves

As part of the pre-opening team, your job is to create excitement, build early membership interest, and grow a solid foundation of founding members. You'll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key part of the branch's successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell memberships during the pre-sale phase
  • Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, events, and local community engagement
  • Create enthusiasm around the new Table View club and its upcoming offerings
  • Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into committed founding members
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide friendly, professional service while representing the Zone Fitness brand

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 6 months' proven sales experience (pre-sales or fitness industry experience is highly beneficial)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and strongly target-driven
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-moving sales environment
