- Duties include supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable departments and the Financial Manager. Duties include administrative office tasks, bookkeeping, data capturing and reporting, and resolving office and customer data discrepancies and reconciliations- Job Description:
- Creditors:
- Obtain invoices and statements from creditors
- Prepare EFT transactions
- Record invoices to SAGE X3
- Obtain authorizations from Financial Manager
- Forward for final approval
- Process payments on bank
- Print statement of payments made and submit to Financial Manager for release of batch payment
- Receive back and attach proof of payment to each EFT
- File EFT according to payment date
- Monthly Income and Expenses Report
- Managing Fuel cards- Petty Cash- Insurance- Manage Marketing Accounts- Manage all Rebate Invoices for Marketing- Vehicle Licenses- Stationery-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric- Diploma/Certificate qualification will be an advantage- 2-4 Years’ experience in a similar position**What Qualification**
