Administration Assistant, Systems Support

To provide systems administration assistance to the Monitoring and Analysis division under
guidance.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Capture data on applicable databases and case management system.
- Provide administrative support for ICT asset management.
- Log helpdesk queries to resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned internal and external
- stakeholders.
- Assist with low level systems testing and deployment.
- Assist with Installation, administering and testing of software upgrades within area of responsibility.
- Provide timely IT support for meetings
- File and maintain required documents created in the systems support environment.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric qualification.
- 1 year relevant IT support or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- An intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
