**AUTOMOTIVE PARTS SALE CLERK / EAST LONDON** - The main focus of the Parts**_ sales clerk_** will be to quote, sell, pick and invoice parts on the system for Customers and the Workshop.

**Requirements**:
Grade 12

Minimum 3 years parts interpreting sales experience

Working knowledge of a Service Center environment.

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook)

**Code 08 Drivers license**

Skilled in conflict management and dealing with customer enquiries.

Must be highly self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and targets and able to work under pressure

**Excellent** verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Have a professional telephone manner to ensure good communication with customers.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company rules

Understand and are able to operate office equipment

**Salary** - Market related, plus comms
