A vacancy exists for a Debtors Clerk based in Beacon Bay and reporting to the Senior Accountant

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- 2+ years experience in a Debtors / similar role
- Strong MS Excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot tables, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining all paperwork from stores, ensuring cash-up sheets are scanned and signed off daily
- Import sales from POS to accounting software, match the banking transactions and follow up on differences in debtors' clearing account
- Perform month-end reconciliation on the debtors clearing accounts (Cash, card, and other)
- Weekly / monthly reporting reconciled to GL / target sheets and submitted to Head Office
