Our client, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking to employ an experienced Parts Sales Person to join their team.

The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, well-presented, and confident in working within a fast-paced dealership environment.

3 years' experience in parts sales will secure.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)Valid driver's licenceExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in parts salesPrevious experience working in a franchise dealershipStrong ability to interpret parts accuratelyExperience processing parts orders and quotationsProven customer service background

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Assist customers with parts enquiries, pricing, and availabilityInterpret parts using catalogues and electronic parts systemsProcess customer and workshop parts orders accurately and efficientlyFollow up on back orders, deliveries, and outstanding requestsProvide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork closely with workshop, service, and sales departmentsMaintain an organised and professional parts counter and storeroomHandle documentation related to parts sales and returns

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
