Our client, a well-established supplier in the **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** and **Working at Heights (WAH)** industry, is looking to appoint a **young, dynamic External Sales Representative** to join their Pretoria-based team.

**Purpose of the Role**

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in time management and self-organisation.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Curious nature / Willing to learn.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (advantageous).
- Knowledge of PPE and WAH products (advantageous).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the PPE industry.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to foster loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate a range of high-quality PPE & WAH products, emphasising their value and benefits.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their requirements are met with appropriate solutions.

**Account Development**:

- Develop and grow new accounts, ensuring they transition into long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on client feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account development in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Valid **driver’s license.**:

- **Own, reliable vehicle.**:

- Sales experience, preferably in a similar or technical industry.
- **Residence**: Residing in Pretoria or nearby areas.
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face client interaction and working independently.
