**Fire Fighter Mgr with the following**:
**a National Diploma in Engineering;**

** registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA); as Fire Protection**

**System Practitioner and**

** at least five years of job-related experience after obtaining professional registration.**

**Additional requirements include**:

- accreditation by the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA);
- working experience in all local fire safety codes for code-compliant fire safety designs

and projects, including (but not limited to) the South African National Standards (SANS);
- working experience in international codes and standards to carry out rational fire

designs, including (but not limited to) the British Standards (BS), National Fire Protection

Association (NFPA), European Norm (EN) and International Fire Engineering

Guidelines (IFEG);
- knowledge of:
− the National Building Regulations (NBR);
− safety-related legislation, regulations and standards, including (but not limited to)

the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 (OHS Act);
− design tools/packages like AutoCAD and Revit draughting;
− a document management system (e.g. Autodesk BIM360

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R600,000.00 per year
