**Job purpose**
**Duties and responsibilities**
**Communications and Content development **- In alignment with brand managers, country leaders & external vendors write and prepare and execute. Responsible for matching content to users needs and behavior to create a positive digital experience. Social media content plan, create, project management, and execute. Implement the corporate and digital communications strategy according to plan.
**Social media marketing **- Plan, create, project manage, execute and grow the company’s presence through blogs, all relevant social media channels, influencers campaigns and other strategically relevant online properties.
**Agency Management**:Work and collaborate with designers and vendors to package and repurpose copy and visuals for everything from generated web pages to infographics and brochures. Responsible for managing the content creation with the external agencies. Single point of contact between brand leads, our markets & the external agency.
**Compliance guardian**:Responsible for ensuring that all our social media assets are properly monitored and aligned with our compliance & regulations. Be the advocate for content best practice across our digital channels. Use insights and performance data to plan and prioritized content initiatives together with the business. Manage relationships with service providers and ensure adherence to SLA’s and budget allocations
**Communications/marketing** strategy **- Accountable to communicate the organization’s stories / projects / key developments / strategies / plans. Identify / customize / generate appropriate content that informs, inspires, and educates, be it print or digital, news articles, press releases, opinion editorials, website, reports, brochures, blogs, podcasts, videos or social media and other items. Responsible for creating strategic business plans in alignment with brand managers, and other stakeholders in alignment with the Corporate & Digital Communication Lead to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications. This includes developing a content calendar, sourcing, and developing content from across the organization to leverage brand awareness and reinforce the organizations brand positioning.
**Analytics **- Using the measurement tools available to provide reports on metrics, and continuously find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Ensure and maintain a profitable message for the Organon and help with research to ensure offerings that ensure value add to Organon and external stakeholders. Continuously keep an eye on data and changing trends in advertising and consumption.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Passion & driven by technology, Digital capabilities & Digital marketing, opportunity to assist in other regional Digital initiatives supported by social media in omnichannel direction. Enhance the ability to create original content relevant to promoting Organon products and service offerings.

Degree/ Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Sales, Science etc.
Excellent understanding of general Marketing techniques and pharmaceutical sales environment
Banking, FMCG & Pharmaceutical work experience is a plus
Would be advantageous if the individual has previous sales and customer service experience in order to understand how to appeal to different audiences and seek to expand the Organon Customer base
