**_Job description_**

We are building a multi-brand business, covering healthcare staffing in the UK. We have offices in London, Surrey and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India and Cape Town in South Africa.

ThinkLocum focus on placing doctors in roles across the UK. We are on the NHS framework and alongside the NHS, we place doctors in surgeries, urgent care centres and in digital health environments. The team is small but growing, and, to take the business to the next level, we are looking to build a hungry, driven sales team.

We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but highly skilled and growing global team (around 35 FTE globally, 20 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference in a high growth, high performing environment.

**_Skills and experience required: _**
- We are a young, diverse, dynamic and global team and looking for people with a great attitude above anything else
- Proven track record of:

- Generating revenue
- Hitting targets
- Following a sales process
- Experience in the healthcare industry, even better if it is in the UK
- Must be highly ambitious, competitive and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Commissions hungry
- Collaborative and high-performance approach to teamwork and excels in a small but fast growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable taking fast decisions and excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
- Being a great team member
