A motor vehicle repair centre in Montague Gardens is in need of a Receptionist/Assistant Manager. Familiar with the environment, the person must have mechanical knowledge, and experience in booking vehicles in to technicians for repair. Having worked in an aftermarket service centre, you will also need to consult with technicians about intended repairs and more cost effective alternatives, be familiar with warranty protections and quotations.

You will oversee the service centre's workflow and scheduling, order spares and see to their delivery and distribution after checking parts for correctness, and ensure that technicians comply with job card instructions. Clients will be invoiced by you, and you will be contacting the client after all approved work is completed.

Although understanding of customer service is essential, motor vehicle workshop experience will have made up at least two years of your working experience.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month
