A financial services provider based in Midrand is urgently looking for a Senior Manager: Solution Delivery - Transactional to be responsible for leading a cross-functional delivery team throughout the software development lifecycle.

This position provides direction and oversight directly to a team of business analyst and indirectly to architects, programmers, infrastructure engineers, deployment specialists, and vendor-supplied resources.

**The role will be responsible for the following**:
**Project and Change Management**:

- Provide leadership to and facilitate the work of project teams by working with business to clarify sprint objectives and ensuring the cross functional team members can accomplish these objectives
- Establish structure of the teams, including identification and allocation of resources and creation of sprint and release plans, ensure that plans receive appropriate review
- Track project activity against plans, communicate effectively through multiple channels to sponsors and key stakeholders, manage external delivery partners where required
- Monitor and communicate status reports as required
- Continuously assess project risk factors and recommend courses of action to mitigate risk
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the organization
- Assist teams in evaluating and establishing their capacity to inform project plans as needed
- Track project/team interdependencies and coordinate efforts across disparate teams
- Manage the preparation of training material in respect of any new developments where necessary

**Management of BA’s**:

- Interpret and adapt business requirements to align to the strategic direction and user experience design of Omni channel
- Manage relationships with the business units to ensure expectations of delivery to business requirements are in line
- Manage and final sign off on all Omni Channel requirements
- Review of agile approach stories
- Ensure relationship are managed with developers and testers
- User Testing
- Sign off IT test packs
- Project manage UAT
- Sign off final UAT prior to live implementation

**Supervisor Duties**:

- Consult with departments in the development and implementation of system processes
- Provide coaching to business leaders on systems functionality and processes to facilitate effective development of business specifications
- Coach and mentor staff
- Manage and develop subordinates
- Performance management
- Training and development
- Employee relations
