This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on managing complex high-value projects and ensuring end-to-end service excellence. Working on behalf of our client we are seeking an individual who can drive the Order to Cash process deliver top-tier customer service and lead service implementation with precision and speed. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the digital future of the continent. Key Duties Coordinate the service delivery of strategic high-revenue projects Drive the Order to Cash process ensuring timely delivery and revenue realisation Engage cross-functional teams and manage internal / external escalations Lead customer engagements ensuring effective communication and satisfaction Manage third-party vendors to meet service requirements Support the bid office with RFP responses Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing Represent the business in customer meetings reinforcing commitment and trust Continuously drive service improvements and efficiencies Key Requirements 5 years in the ICT sector including 3 years in a Telco environment Strong project management experience (qualification essential) Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills Proficient in Business Intelligence reporting and Microsoft Office Solid technical background with relevant certifications (Cisco advantageous) Proven ability to lead mentor and manage escalations Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing cross-functional workgroups Technical and escalation management expertise All positions will be filled in accordance with the companys Employment Equity plan.
