The purpose of this role is to shape and qualify opportunities for handoff to Enterprise BD team. Responds to inbound leads generated via Partner events, Inside Sales and campaigns to further qualify and evaluate for handoff.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee the development and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive media strategies.
- Drive new business development efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into the business unit’s operations.
- Report on the business unit’s performance to senior management, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
