**We are hiring a Junior Marketing Manager for Matric College Pty Ltd. We are looking for individuals that have at least 2 years of management experience.**

Our founders are entrepreneurs that have a history of building big education businesses fast, and of finding and training raw talent. The group strategy is to incubate new businesses inside the established brands, and then to build teams to take them independent. We are now looking for the right manager to do this for Matric College marketing.

You will be trained by and work with some of the most experienced marketing professionals in the education industry. And be part of one of the fastest growing education groups in the country.

We are looking for an individual with experience in digital marketing, with management talent that we can train and develop. You will be working closely with the founders, who have decades of marketing management experience. You will hire, train and lead a new marketing team. In an organisation that is growing as fast as ours the possibility for career growth and advancement are endless for the right person.

Experience, Skills and Traits required
Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree is beneficial, but not required
- 2 year management experience in marketing
- Solid experience in digital marketing
- Understand written content management - preference given to someone who has written content themselves, or directly managed writers
- Good understanding of Wordpress
