**Duties**
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meetings
- Data entry, filing, creating spreadsheets
- General office management
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Providing administration support to Property admin and Senior Management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year admin experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Traceable references
**Working Hours**:
Monday-Friday 07h00-16h00
Saturday 07h00-12h00
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
