As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the creative aspects of the organization. You will ensure that the organization's creative work is aligned with its brand identity and marketing goals. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and organising social media content, and for hosting and editing a weekly interview with a guest in the studio. Your main job will not be content creation, but rather content planning and management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the CEO to develop and manage the creative vision and strategy for the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Plan and create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Host a weekly interview with a guest in the studio, and capture and edit the content.
- Work with the marketing team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality and consistent work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to ensure that the organization's creative work is innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a creative director role, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media content creation and video production.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technology.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and a strong portfolio of work showcasing your design and creative skills.
- Web3 knowledge is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
