**A leading Financial Well being provider and Debt counseling company in South Africa is looking to appoint Independent Senior Sales Agents for the Durban,Essenwood branch.**

**The company’s purpose is to educate and assist consumers in personal financial management and help them reduce their debt to improve their financial position.**

**Role Description**

**If you are passionate about helping clients and have the can do attitude required to write your own pay cheque, this opportunity is for you**

**Contact leads provided.**

**Telephonic interaction with clients and potential clients with regards to services relating to debt review and financial well-being**

**Skills, Competencies & Minimum Criteri**

**Minimum of 2 Years worked in the following sectors ,Banking,Insurance,Debt Review.**

**Experiene with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is mandatory.**

**Must be able to work independently and ensure to reach the targets set for daily calls, sales and collections.**

**Needs to be resilient and have perseverance**

**Strong communication skills, objection handling and closing of sales.**

**Working Hours**

**Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 17:00pm**
**Saturday - One Saturday a month (May be exempt once target is achieved)**

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary: R5 000 to R6 000 (Depending on Experience)**

**Uncapped commission**

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
