A well established company in Centurion is seeking an Administrator (Repair center).
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years working experience in an administrative role.
Driver's license + own transport
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and dispatch repairs
- Raise quotations and fault reports for repairs
- Provide feedback to clients
- Create and file delivery notes
- Swap out of devices and keep a record of what was swapped out
- Handel stock of repairs, second hand and BER warehouse
- Monthly stock take
- Handle all couriers for the repair workshop.
- Following up on outdated quotations.
- Compiling a detailed report for directors and interested parties
- Cleaning and charging of devices
- Coordinate with support on delivery and collection.
