We are looking for an Administrator in Centurion ,Gerhardsville
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Drivers License (required)
- 3-5 years Experience (City Power Admin Exp - Required)
- Have a sound experience with city power's processes (required)
- Attention to detail
- Administrative skills
**Duties**:
- Creating pro-forma invoices and tax invoices
- Uploading Tax Invoices for payment
- Compilation of monthly Financial statements & Liaising with City Power finance for payments.
- Creating outstanding statements for Mathoho's sub contractors for performance and outstanding WCCs & POs
- Compilation of POs, WCCs & GRNs and submitting to subcontractors accordingly.
- Filing WCCs, POs, GRNs & remittances for office records accordingly
- Creating Subcontractors remittances as per subcontractor upon receipt of remittance from City Power.
- Compilation of supporting documents for submission of Tax invoices for payment to City Power.
**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per year
