Job Responsibilities:

- Liaises with relief operators on shift take over.
- Checks machine specifications against job card.
- Ensures quality checks are co-ordinated at regular intervals.
- Start-up extruder.
- Complete all required documentation for each shift cycle.
- Ensure finished products are properly labelled and packed/palletized.
- Check all machine functionality for any defects and report to superior or maintenance department.
- Maintain and ensure excellent housekeeping and health & safety measures.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.

Qualification and Experience:

- Matric
- Experience in Blown Film Technology in LDPE/LLDPE
- Minimum 5 years operation of co-extruders (computer-based)

Skills Required:

- A team player with an eye for detail
- Good communication
- Good troubleshooting and decision-making skills
