1. *Operate Extrusion Machinery*: Safely operate extrusion machines, including setup, startup, and shutdown procedures.
2. *Monitor Production Process*: Continuously monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met, and make adjustments as necessary.
3. *Maintain Machinery*: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure machinery runs efficiently.
4. *Troubleshoot Issues*: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, and perform repairs or call for maintenance support as needed.
5. *Meet Production Targets*: Work efficiently to meet production targets, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
6. *Follow Safety Protocols*: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting incidents or hazards.
7. *Collaborate with Team*: Work collaboratively with other operators, maintenance personnel, and quality control staff to ensure smooth production operations.
8. *Maintain Clean Work Environment*: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles.
9. *Participate in Training*: Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
10. *Perform Other Duties*: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
**Requirements**:
1. *Experience*: 2+ years of experience operating extrusion machinery or similar equipment.
2. *Mechanical Aptitude*: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
3. *Safety Awareness*: Excellent safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R9 500,00 per month
