A Durban based technical PROFILE Extrusion company, has an opportunity within its two companies for an extrusion setter and operator.

The applicant must have prior experience (minimum 5 years), and demonstrated technical skills in setting up and running, technical plastic extrusions in an extrusion operation.

Minimum Requirements

5 Years Extrusion Experience - Setting up, running and stripping an extruder.

Be familiar with Profile extrusion, pipe extrusion - both rigid and flexible.

Qualification in plastics manufacturing

Matric Certificate

A wide and extensive knowledge in polymers: PVC, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PU

Be able to work shifts and occasional weekends.

Be able to work under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
