**Role Requirements**:
This position requires a strong background in:

- Semi-Skilled Electrical
- PV Experience (advantageous)
- DC and AC Experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:
Installing Solar PV projects according to the engineering pack, following applicable HR codes and Company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.
- Complete Solar PV Systems according to provided timelines on timely manner.
- Ensure efficient workmanship on all projects
- Follow all instructions conducted by Project Managers and Foremen
- Assembling solar modules and support structures, as instructed by your foreman
- Installing of inverters as per inverter specification and engineering pack
- Installing of batteries as per specification and engineering pack
- Documenting installation progress such as, wire management, serial numbers, site map
- Maintaining a positive working dynamic within fellow installation crews
- Maintain housekeeping at work location (site, office, and company vehicles)
- Maintaining excellent lines of communication
- Providing constructive feedback to management
- Responsible for all equipment issued to them from the company
- Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management
