We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager with a background in solar, renewable energy, or logistics to join our team and lead the coordination of installation schedules, client communication, procurement, and more. Responsibilities : Coordinate and oversee solar installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality workmanship. Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes or delays. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, answering queries, and addressing any concerns. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and equipment necessary for project completion. Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to improve overall company performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports, ensuring the profitability and financial health of the business. Requirements : Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or logistics industry. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation. Familiarity with local, regional, and national regulations and safety standards related to solar installations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
