**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

- Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

- Matric or Equivalent
