- Must have good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Sound Knowledge of Tyres
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to cope with pressure depending on work volumes.
- Must be willing to work overtime.
- Accurate and attention to detail orientated.
- Must be driven and energetic
- Strong admin skills

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring that Tyres department, operational functions and implementation are effectively handled
- Manage Daily stock control and stock movement from various depots nationally
- Manage Tyres at retreaters
- Ensure all tyre pressure are according to legislation
- Manage scrap analyses and scrap tyre return
- Control strip and fit and branding op tyres
- Control torque of wheel nuts
- Daily tyre surveys and inspections
- Manage rim control
- Ensure wheel alignment of vehicles
- Job card and time management of staff
- Breakdown management
- Store management
