Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative focusing on car tyres Location: Johannesburg West Industry: Automotive / Tyre Sales Salary: Competitive, with commission structure Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and grow the customer base in Johannesburg West. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting a competitive range of car tyre products and related services. Manage sales quotes, pricing negotiations, and customer orders efficiently from enquiry to delivery. Provide expert advice to customers on tyre selection, safety features, and best practices for tyre maintenance. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the region. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in sales, ideally within the tyre, automotive or related sectors. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field. Strong organizational and time management abilities. What We Offer Attractive base salary plus commission and incentives.
