**Job**
**Summary**:
**Primary Duty**:

- Capture, record, and report on new leads as and when they land.
- Manage agreed inboxes to process client communication for the nurturing process and action.
- Liaise with our clients outlets to receive and action qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads as and when due.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leads Nurturing**:
Nurture all leads, new and exciting, in accordance to the
**_Leads Nurturing Method. _**(A training manual)

**Call Volumes**:
Maintain agreed outbound call volumes and be available to receive inbound calls.

**Call Quality**:
Maintain the agreed level of professionalism and keep conversations on point and in accordance with the talking agenda provided.

**Conversion Ratio**:
Maintain a conversation ratio of at least 5 % of leads processed.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- ** NB**: Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English
- Attention to detail
- Diligence
- Ability to do repetitive work
- World-class telephone etiquette and above average pronunciation of English and Afrikaans language.
