SUMMARY : Automotive Call Centre Agent POSITION INFO : Location: Centurion, Gauteng Industry: Automotive Type: Full-time Job Overview The Automotive Call Centre Agent will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting sales and service activities within a busy automotive environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with enquiries, and contribute to lead generation and appointment bookings. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and assist customers with professional, accurate information. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and promote dealership offers. Record and maintain customer information accurately on internal systems. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery. Support the sales and service teams in achieving performance targets. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems. Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment. Professional telephone manner and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
