**Job Requirements**:

- Facilitator accreditation & or 2 to 5years facilitation experience
- FAIS or RE5 completed
- Meeting the required outcomes of the organisations wrt. sales & service targets
- Understanding of debit order collection systems

**Skills & Abilities**:
1.Technical - basic computer skills (MS Office).

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong presentation skills.

4. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

5. Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

6. Critical-thinking skills when assessing classes, materials, and programs.

8. Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Training Mdalisu product knowledge and processes.

2. Conduct and assess branch channels product knowledge, company process and holistic operations from a development & compliance perspective.

3. Training with all branches when required.

4. Constantly train on soft skills & effective communication with customer.

5. Continually do ad hoc training on Objection handling with agents, in order to improve objection handling Skills.

6. Management of employee development within the organisation & create development interventions.

7. Support the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels of performance.

8. Guide & support managers on strategic ways to improve branch sales, service, operations and compliance.

9. Identify & implement skills gaps, subsequently train on those skills gaps.

11. Assessment of branch performance.

12. Entirely responsible for all Financial Compliance training within the organisation.

13. Prepare a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) & Annual training Report (ATR) which complies with the requirements of the SETA's.

15. Procure development & compliance necessities.

16. Bridge the gap between service & sales development.

17. Submission to HR - training registers & training assessments.

18. Implement, monitor & record a training database for the company.
