My client is seeking a Building Supervisor with a Bachelors degree or a National Diploma in the building environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or National Diploma in Building Environment e.g. Civil Engineering, Building & Facilities Maintenance, Construction Management, Building Sciences.
- Valid driver’s license with driving experience and fully capable to drive safely.
- Safety Management
- General technical knowledge
- Good knowledge and experience in building and civil maintenance e.g. plumbing, tilling, painting, fencing, roofing, glazing works.
- Facilities Maintenance is added advantage.
- Fluent in English
- At least 5-8 years relevant experience.
- Normal weekly hours, office environment and shifts.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage and follow-up on the maintenance sub-contractors for Building maintenance services.
- Ensure building maintenance plans are executed as required and achieve result in condition and infrastructure scorecards.
- Ensure system availability and condition to a standard of maximum operational efficiency and maintain standards of acceptable quality and service.
- Follow-up on technical objectives relating to quality and efficiency of maintenance activities.
- Achieve the quality and performance targets set.
- Conduct investigations into safety & critical failures and ensure implementation of recommendations.
- Manage Building Technician by ensuring specific measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound objectives are in place and implement regular performance assessments.
- Manage maintenance sub-contract with respect to safety, quality and technical issues.
- Ensure effective implementation of the maintenance plan.
