We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and repair of our airport buildings, grounds, and facilities. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating tenant installations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Maintenance Oversight**: Supervise and assist with building and grounds maintenance, conduct regular inspections, and manage repair requests.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead maintenance staff, ensure proper tools and materials are available, and monitor contractor performance.
- **Tenant Support**: Inspect premises before and after tenant occupation and carry out required installations or repairs.
- **Groundskeeping**: Ensure lawns and gardens are maintained and implement improvements when needed.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and monitor tenant adherence to airport regulations.

- **Minimum Requirements**_
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Electrical trade certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in the building industry
- Prior work experience at a facilities management company will be an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written)
