**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as needed.
- Interact with clients and customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Organize and oversee special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop.
- Barista experience

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
