Key responsibilities
- Day to day maintenance
- Ensure a healthy environment
- Ensure WNS assets are kept in a good condition
- Update all asset registers
- Assisting in the collation and verification of monthly/weekly SLA reports & invoices with the FM Key Accounts Manager.
- Be proactive with all maintenance activities
- Supervise contractors
- Carry out all schedule maintenance within SLA.
- Attend to all calls logged on the helpdesk within SLA
- General Audit function -preventative maintenance

**Qualifications**
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience
- Be able to work independently
- Good work ethic
- General Building work
- General electrical and plumbing
- Health and safety
- Computer literate
- Electrical trade test advantageous
