**An Office Automation/Telecoms/Software company based in the Sandton area is currently a **Junior Telecoms First Line Support Technician.**

**Product knowledge**:

- Pbx
- VOIP
- Hosted Platforms
- Yealink
- Voice
- ITE

**Skill set**:

- Technical Knowledge
- Basic fault finding
- Programming
- Networking
- MS Office literate

**Job functions**:

- Assisting Sales Reps
- Handling queries
- Customer liaison
- Administration
- Call out to clients to resolve problems

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- A+ or N+ would be an advantage
