An innovative machining tools sales and support company is looking to hire a Junior Product Support Technician to add to their team of experienced workforce that delivers quality service and support to its customers. As a junior product support technician, you will receive internal training on the company’s brand specific CNC machines and control system for different machine tools, gain exposure to advanced milling technologies and state-of-the-art drilling technologies and tools, as well as brand specific CAD and CAM control systems.

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications would be a Matric/ NQF level 4 with high marks for maths and science. Advantageous would be an engineering trade or technical diploma.

**Skills**:

- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Adaptable and fast learning.

**Experience**:

- Product Support: 3 years (preferred)
- CNC machines and control system: 3 years (preferred)
- CAD and CAM control systems: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
