**POSITION**: Consumables Co-ordinator

**LOCATION**: City Deep, Gauteng

**REPORTING TO**: Factory Manager

**PURPOSE**: To provide support to the Factory

**PROCUREMENT**
- Ensure Purchase Orders are placed timeously
- Assist with expediting when escalation is required
- Calculate forward orders for Projects
- Place orders to ensure new lines / Projects start up in time
- Supplier Meetings
- Product quality issues
- Monitor stock levels on crucial items
- Supplier Claims

**BRC / HALAL**
- Area inspection to ensure auditing compliance:

- Traceability
- H&S
- FIFO
- Allergen
- Packaging vs Ingredients
- Obtain documents and Declarations on new Suppliers and for audits.

**STOCK TAKE**
- Ensure regular cycle counts
- Managing and closing monthly stock takes
- Processing / approve variance processing.

**FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- (NQF level 5/6 or equivalent)
