**Industrial and Commercial Property Sales Agent**

My client is looking for an Industrial and Commercial sales agent to join our established, dynamic and specialist sales team. Communication, integrity, service, and understanding are the cornerstones of the client’s success, and we provide unparalleled service in commercial property leasing and sales. The position is in Cape Town, South Africa.

What will you be doing?
- Undergo training to be a top commercial property broker that provides satisfaction and longevity.
- Generate leads through the client’s marketing platforms.
- Negotiate and conclude property sales and leases.
- Grow and manage a database of clients that you will nurture to complete deals.
- Seek out and market the top commercial and industrial properties available for potential tenants and buyers
- Provide a smooth, professional service to the market
- Build long-lasting professional relationships, bringing you the best leads

What we need you to have:

- Tertiary qualification (preferable)
- Minimum 3 years property sales experience or relevant sales related experience
- Six months personal cashflow
- Own Car and valid driver’s licence
- Mobile phone and laptop
- No criminal record
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and with integrity
- Hard-working and enthusiastic
- Open to learning
- Impeccable work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
