Role Description The Broker Consultant Assistant will be responsible for helping the Broker Consultant with brokers' queries, preparing quotes, with insurance and finance-related tasks, and providing exceptional service to brokers, attending meetings at brokers' offices. Main Responsibilities Processing insurance paperwork Maintaining records Preparing reports Assisting in communicating with brokers and encouraging new business Qualifications Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance - training will be provided Driver's License Strong Customer Service skills Excellent English & Afrikaans communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with standard office computer menus and digital tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
