To ensure that we not only meet but exceed regulatory and customer requirements, we are seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Associate.

**Quality Assurance Associate**

As a Quality Assurance Associate at DaklaPack, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence. We’re more than just an innovative packaging solution company - we’re dedicated to adding exceptional value to our products and serving our diverse range of customers across various industries, including food and medical.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Quality Management Systems**:

- Maintain, control, and enhance our centralized ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Collaborate on building our Quality Management System under ISO 13485 for Medical Devices.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant international laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Specific focus on Food Contacting Materials and Medical Devices regulations.
- **Process Review and Conformity**:

- Review organizational procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and customer specifications.
- **Product Development Support**:

- Assist in new product development projects and multi-site launches.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Oversee QA/QC processes, including document control, change management, product inspections, testing, and production release.
- **Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Investigate customer complaints and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Develop corrective action plans and monitor their implementation.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle various document-related tasks, such as editing, creating presentations, and filing.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A bachelor’s or associate degree or higher.
- 1-3 years of working experience in a QA/RA role, preferably in Medical Device, Food, or Packaging Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of international applicable regulations regarding (medical and food) packaging or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with working in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus.
