**The role**:
In this role as a Sales Representative for the KAO Salon Division, you will focus on building business on the brands Goldwell and KMS. You will be supporting and developing customers (Salons) in the assigned territory and achieving continuous vertical and horizontal expansion of our portfolio of brands while ensuring long-term profitable revenue and growth.

**This is a full-time remote working position, located in Cape-Town (South Africa).**

**What you will do**:

- Achieving sales targets through being a partner to the salon owner in order to build a mutually beneficial growth path for the long term. Continuously consult with salon owners to encourage their growth while utilizing negotiation techniques to ensure our brands are best supported.
- Observe the market and competitor activities and provide quality feedback to the SME team. Organize and/or conduct product introduction training for new salons, while driving new distribution objectives (Lead creation and follow up).
- Manage customer services through follow-up and quality checks Act as an ambassador for the Global Kao Salon Division. Preparation and execution of call cycle monthly, targeting 12 calls per day.
- Handling customer’s clients as well as identifying and resolving concerns sell the total portfolio of master brands. Presenting and selling company services and products to both new and potential customers.
- Complete and submit sales reports as per company standard to your manager. Provide sales insight to the education team to ensure collaborative, cross functional expertise is shared.

**What you need**:

- Sales qualifications preferable
- Gr12 Senior Certificate
- 2 to 3 years Business-to-business selling experience
- Confident, friendly, helpful, polite, team player, strong self-starter and an eagerness to learn
- Business like appearance and ability to convey knowledge of current styles and trends
- Excellent Communication and selling skills. Able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans.
- Self-Motivated and Target Driven.
- Committed and Passionate.
