Prepare all supplier reconciliations, COD payments and ad hoc payments

Co-ordinate and collate all shipping documents to send to the bank to check for compliance

Prepare cash flow forecasts

Assist in finalizing monthly results

Prepare budget related schedules as requested

Complete and submit all VAT

Maintain fixed asset register

Review daily bank and unallocated receipts reconciliations

Prepare monthly reports

Respond and solve shipping queries

Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules

Complete goods in transit, overseas payments, clearing account and foreign creditors revaluation and reconciliations

Prepare journals and payroll journals including supporting documents

Liaise with international suppliers, agents and internal staff regarding supply chain movement

Prepare Freight cost analysis report

Prepare monthly accruals schedule

Complete Letter of Credit documents

Prepare balance sheet general ledger account reconciliations

Update and communicate shipment schedules

Assist with other ad hoc duties as requested

**Skills & Experience**:
Experience in a finance or accounting role beneficial

Team player who is deadline-driven and organised

Excellent technical skills

**Qualification**:
BCom and SAIPA articles non-negotiable
