**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

Our client, one of the more popular luxury brands is in need of an Accounts/Sales Assistant. On behalf of said client, we are looking for a well presented and fully bilingual individual with strong numerical skills, initiative, ability to handle stress, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. Your main role will be supporting the admin and accounting departments, including tasks like managing creditors, reconciliations, and other administrative duties. You'll also assist the sales department with stock control. It is vital that you have at least 1 year of accounts administration experience in a franchised dealership, and have excellent excel skills and working knowledge of a DMS.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate

Tertiary Certificate/Diploma in Administration/Finance would be advantageous

A valid Drivers License

At least 1 year of Accounts Administration experience within a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of a DMS package and Excel

Fluent in both English & Afrikaans

Strong numerical skills

Stable work history
