**Role Description**

The Franschhoek Wine Tram is seeking an IT and Systems Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Franschhoek. This IT-focused role will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, data and reporting along with providing technical support to staff as and when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in data capturing, consolidation and generation of reports.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Understanding of networking and network administration
- Basic knowledge of data management, business intelligence and report generation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
