**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Reporting to**:Attorneys
**MAIN PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**
Support the Bookkeeping responsibilities of a firm of attorneys.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum**
- ICB Certificate: Bookkeeper (or similar)
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**
2yrs (min) at a firm of Attorneys/Legal
Systems Used
Legal Suite MS Word Excel Outlook
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Recon of bank account (business and trust) on Legal Suite
- Process of receipts on Legal Suite
- Trust suspense account
- Invoicing
- VAT
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Messenger sheet updates
- Delivery account reconciliation (the courier account)
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Auditors’ preparations
- LPC updates for employees
- UIF and payroll
- PAYE calculations and submissions
- HR Duties
