We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator to work for our Client in Pretoria East.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator or similar position
- Must have Payroll experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Check Salaries and Leave control sheets
- Monthly PAYE submissions
- EMP501 Submissions
- UIF submissions
- PAYE reconciliations - annual & bi-annual
- Yearly Workman’s Compensation submissions
- Liaising with Creditors
- Petty Cash control and Recons
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT reconciliations
- Accounting to trial balance.
- Cashbook recons
- Review creditors recons
- Attend to queries
- Weekly filing - includes bank statements and cheques
- Assisting with yearly audit and preparation of audit files
- General ledger recons and analytical reviews
- Month end process
- Any ad hoc admin duties assigned
