**Mission of the Job**:
The Quality Managers coordinate all QM-Operations (products, processes, deliveries) with regards to the employee’s satisfaction and strategic targets for the organization. He ensures that the entity, which is under his responsibility, follows Laws and regulations and acts for reaching 0 accidents, as well as minimizing the impact of the activity on the health and safety environment, with a specific care for standardization, knowledge sharing and cost control. The quality manager will implement effective quality assurance and training activity in the business. The role will involve working with collegues across the organization to ensure that internal and external quality standards are met. They will also implement activity to address any areas for improvement.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience in Quality Management Position in a production Company
- National Diploma in Quality Manager or similar qualification
- Health and safety as well as environmental courses and exposure
- 5 years’ experience working and implementing ISO 9001
- Working with ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage
- ISO 9001:15

**Job Specification / Outputs**:

- Develop & maintain quality systems (ISO 9001:2015)
- Implement detailed processes and procedures for key business activities
- Support compliance with agreed processes
- Implement internal inspection activity
- Identify non-compliance and support activity to address this with managers and teams by doing internal audits
- Provide first-line response to quality assurance interventions to emergency situations
- Support and maintain Carbo Ferrum relationship with our suppliers
- Report all appropriate incidents, including safeguarding, missed visits, accidents and incidents, medication errors, complaints, compliments, etc.
- Comply with Health and Safety legislation and Health and safety policies
- responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
- give presentations about current safety hazards based on the production line or warehouse to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.
- Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety and quality concerns inherent in the operations daily in the work place.
- Identify Risks associated with Health, Safety environment & Quality in the business
- Identify training needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
