Development (Real Estate) Project Manager

Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward
- Ensuring that all of the details of each project are communicated to all relevant parties
- Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines
- Reviewing blueprints, sketches, renderings, or other drawings of proposed designs and renovations to determine feasibility and validity
- Conducting market research to identify potential buyers or renters for properties
- Managing the budget for a project by making sure that costs are controlled and that all funds are spent wisely
- Maintaining records related to construction projects including permits, contracts, and zoning regulations
- Liaising with the Construction Project Manager and CEO in all roles
- Leading the project management team
- Active property research.
- Active property Acquisitions.
- Consulting with investors.
- Due diligence studies and feasibilities.
- Attend site meetings when needed.
- Assist in all tasks required to ensure projects are on time and within budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bsc Master Degree in Construction Science or similar
- 5-10 Years’ experience in the Development Real-Estate Industry
- Motivation and adaptability skills
- Leadership and initiative skills
- Language and mathematical skills
- Reasoning ability and computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities
